All active members of Ridgewood Pool are entitled to use the pool during all open swim hours and adult lap swim times, to attend social events, and to bring guests using passes or paying the guest fees.
FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS
$600 – Trial Membership
Available only to new registrations; allows families to participate as Family Plus members for one summer season only — come and give Ridgewood Pool a try! Swim/Dive Team participation is an additional $135 per swimmer/$325 family max. Limited availability beginning in April 2024!
$765 – Family Rec Membership
For families with children who do not wish to participate in lessons, water ballet or competitive teams; includes all open swim times, water exercise opportunities, lap swim, and social events.
$866 – Family Plus Membership
Our most popular membership category includes Family Rec Membership PLUS free swim/dive/water ballet lessons, and recreational pool time. This is also the required level for Swim/Dive Team Participation. Additional team fees of $150/child ($350 family max) partially covers costs for coaches’ salaries, meet fees, T-shirts, and special swim team events.
ADULT-ONLY MEMBERSHIPS
$393- Individual Membership
Available to individuals aged 18 years and older; includes open swim, lap swim, exercise classes and all social events.
$506 – Couple Membership
For adult couples (over 18 years of age); includes open swim, lap swim, exercise classes and all social events.
$198 single / $275 couple – Senior Membership
Available to individuals aged 65 years and older; includes open swim, lap swim, exercise classes and social events.
Initiation Fee
$550 – One time fee
All members (except Seniors) who have completed ONE trial season must pay an Initiation Fee, including Individual and Couple memberships, to return to the pool as Permanent Members in subsequent years. Payment can be made in full, or with our installment plan of three consecutive non-refundable payments of $200 over 3 years. You can choose either payment option when you register for your membership, and your payment will be recorded in your account. Certificates will NOT be issued. Initiation Fees are not transferrable.

Babysitter Memberships are not required; members who have paid dues in full may send their children to the pool in the care of a sitter of responsible age. Sitters must be dressed appropriately to enter the water and must provide active supervision of children in their care. Sitters are not considered members and may not use the pool when not supervising children of a member family.
Guest Passes are distributed to all active members; each pass allows a member to host four visits at no cost. An individual may be a guest of any member a cumulative maximum of 4 times per season (Teen Night participation does not count towards this maximum). Guests are welcome for the following fees:
