    Added practice times will be available for those swimmers who are in age groups with more people than what is comfortable for each lane to handle. This practice time will take place from 4:30pm-5:30pm. Coaches will determine eligible swimmers. Adult lap swimmers will still have lanes available at that time.

    Home Swim & Dive Meet Volunteers – Ridgewood hosts 4 home meets this season and participation is needed by all swim/dive team families to volunteer. Parents are required to assist in some capacity for at least 3 half-meet sessions, or pay an additional fee of $125. There are various opportunities – announcing, timing, concession stand, and awards, to name a few – so that everyone can take a part in making our meets run efficiently and professionally. Schedules will be available at Simply Swimming on April 16 and will be posted at the pool during Swim Team Sign-Up (June 5) and Meet the Coaches Day (June 6). Sign-ups are on a first-come, first-served basis. The participation fee rule will be enforced – we need your help!

    NEW!!! Ridgewood will host its first annual Relay-only Swim Meet on July 7. All age groups, any team, relay only! We will be inviting not only teams in the All-City Swim League, but also selected teams in the Dane County area. This will be a lot of fun and great competition. More information to come!

Adult swim program for exercise, training and fun.

Monday 5:30 -7:00 p.m. & 7:00 - 8:30 p.m.
Wednesday 2:00 - 3:30 p.m.
Thursday 7:00 - 8:30 p.m.
Sunday (make-up day, no coach) 5:30 - 7:00 p.m.
Swimmers will pick 2 times each week that best fits their schedule (Sunday as a make-up day for weekdays missed).

Masters Swim Fees:
$30 individual, $50 couple
