Ridgewood’s dive team welcomes anyone who has passed level 2 diving lessons
to try out for the team! Anyone thinking they may want to join the team but
is unsure of their skills can attend the optional practices during the week
of June 1-4, and the coaches will help them figure out whether or not to
continue for the upcomming summer!

DIVE PRACTICE:
For those who participated on the team last summer the practice schedule is
as follows:

June 1-4: 5pm-7pm (these practices are not mandatory, but are highly
encouraged for people wanting to get into the swing of things before
competition starts!)

June 7-10: 5pm-7pm (We ask that anyone who wishes to participate in the
meet on June 11, attend at least 3 of these practices)

Starting June 14 standard practice times are in effect
8:30-10am Monday-Friday
11:45am-1:00pm Monday-Friday
5-6pm Monday-Thursday

Any diver can choose any of these three practice times during the day, but
we ask that at least three total practices are attended cumulatively during
the week preceding a meet.

Home meets require participants to be at Ridgewood by 3pm each friday
Away meed require participants to be at the host pool by 4pm each friday
