OFF-SEASON
OFF-SEASON FAQS:
Ridgewood Pool does not keep any staff on duty during the off-season, September through mid-May. However, you can reach the Membership Coordinator by email at info@ridgewoodpool.com for off-season inquiries.
When will registration open for 2021?
Normally, we would be planning to open online registration to returning members in January. Due to the fact that there are still so many uncertainties about how things will look by the summer, we are going to delay this just a bit. Our plan is to open registration in March, in hopes that things will be a bit clearer--particularly as it relates to activities such as lessons, water ballet, and team participation. Regardless, we learned this past year that we can open Ridgewood safely, and still deliver summer fun even with reduced activities and capacity. We'll continue to provide updates on this and our annual member meeting as we get closer to March, so watch your email!
How will returning members with 2020 credits on their accounts apply them to 2021?
We are working out the logistics of that and will provide instruction for how to proceed once registration opens.
When can we expect to see website updates?
The website will begin being updated in January. The All-City League Board finalizes dates and fees in their January meeting, after which time Ridgewood is able to finalize our program schedule for things like Stroke Clinic, Swim/Dive Meets, lesson signups, and social events, as well as finalize our own fees.
What about Stock?

What about Stock?
- SELLING: Stock redemptions through the pool continue to be suspended. Please see our Stock Details page for instructions on how to sell your stock if you are interested in selling to a private party.
- BUYING: There is a one time fee to purchase stock, separate from yearly membership dues. If you were a trial member in 2020 and would like to return for more summers of fun with us at the pool, you MUST purchase stock. Stock purchases are optional for Adult-Only memberships. Payment can be made in full, or with our stock installment plan of three consecutive non-refundable payments of $200 over 3 years. Stock is purchased during your registration process: you can choose either payment option at that time. Please see our Stock Details page for more information regarding buying stock.
